Let us hold your hand while you learn.
When we started in real estate we were also lost. The difference between us and other realtors starting out is that we chose to go into real estate having had over 20 years of business experience and from the beginning we were taking notes of the difficulties we experiences and how to overcome them. We were surprised by how many experienced realtors had forgotten what it was like to start out in real estate and therefore, could not really guide us. As we learnt, we made notes of everything and as a result we remember the experience like it was yesterday so we can really help you navigate your way.
Learn as quickly as possible.
There is a specific process to learning. Very few people understand the process and that is why so many agents who join a team land up being frustrated. Sitting in a class is a very small aspect of learning, and a very inefficient one too.
How do you know when you have learnt something?
1. You can do it yourself.
2. You could show someone else how to do it.
To arrive at that level of competence, you need to be shown how to do it (verbally and literally), practice while someone experienced watches and corrects, and then guided with regards to the small things which you are overlooking.
We have set up our business in such a way that this learning process happens organically through traditional classroom training, team coaching, and personal one on one mentoring.
Your will be less stressed because you will…
Have ALL the systems you need.
A business is a system made up of sub systems. It takes years to establish what these systems are. The problem is that the world does not wait till you know the systems before it holds you accountable to them. From the very beginning it rewards you for having correct systems in place, and punishes you when you don’t. We have been in business for over 20 years, 10 years of that being in training and development, so we understand the systems you need and more importantly, we know how to train you to recognize your need for them, and how to use them correctly.
Use technology that is simple to use while getting the job done.
Many different tools can be used to complete the work of your business systems. The problem is that not all tools are created equal. Some technology is very complicated to use. Other technology does not do what it promises to do. It can be an expensive process both in terms of financial investment and time, to discover what works and what does not. We have gone through this process and have identified the right technologies, those that get he job done but that are also easy to use. We provide this to you, at no additional charge.
Have a ‘color by number’ system.
At the end of the day a business is made up of a series of steps that that need to be taken to achieve a result. While there are unique challenges to every real estate transaction, the overall process for managing the transaction is the same. We know the process and have developed the technology so that literally you are directed at what to do next during every step of the way.
Enjoy a fair financial model.
We have met many agents who have parted way with their team because of what they felt was unfair financial remuneration. For some teams, regardless of how little, or how much, you contribute to a successful transaction, the split is the same. Anyone can see this is not fair, and most people don’t like unfairness.
We have researched real estate team financial models and have developed one that meets this basic requirement of fairness. Whether you want to do very little on a transaction, or whether you do almost every thing, you will get rewarded fairly, and you will be able to work out for yourself what you should get paid for each transaction.
Real estate can be extremely complex. So can managing a business. We provide the bulk of organizational systems for you from lead management, to sales management, to transaction management to client retention. You will know each day what you need to get done that day to keep everything flowing smoothly.
